Revolution, a swear word

Why is the term “revolution” not used for the ‘Change for Reform’ in Pakistan?
The reason for this is because revolution is seen as a derogatory term because it has been associated with mass violence, insecurity, chaos, destruction and mass murder. (Evident in current political events.)
The Pakistani ‘Change for Reform’ is not aiming for any violence, using pacifist methods taught by the Prophet Muhammad and his Companions who were prosecuted for over 10 years in Makkah. They were killed, beaten and sanction on trades were put on them (people were not allowed to sell them food or any products). They suffer silently for 13 years, Prophet Muhammad’s Companions did say they wanted to fight the Makkans, but he said that this was not the method for Reform or Change. He tried to change the system from within but did not succeed till he came back 10 years later, with a better system and all the Makkan people accepted and preferred it to the previous unjust system.
So, that’s the aim to Change and Reform the current system, not through violence.
