Iran pushed for a Nuclear Free Middle East, rejected by the US

Iran had pushed for talks for a Nuclear Free Middle East but it was recently rejected by the US. This means something that the UN conference will no longer take place.
This shows many things but before I explain what, I’d like to state that I am not pro-Iran nor anti-US (I dislike different policies in both systems, but not “anti” or “pro” used in common context). Firstly, it shows that the US has such powers in the UN which allows it to say they are not attending conferences and then the conference is cancelled. Is this just? In the UN Charter it states that all countries are equal, does this prove otherwise? (I’ll write how the UN Security Council undermines the very essence and foundation for the creation of the UN in a later article, so stay posted for that.) Secondly, it proves that the US does not want a Nuclear Free Middle East. This shows the hypocritical display of the Obama Administration and US politics towards solving nuclear weapons talk and conflicts in the world. Thirdly, it therefore gives Iran legitimacy to go ahead with their Nuclear programme if the US does not want to talk, whether the US has the authority to dictate who is legitimate or not. In that case who gave the US that authority, where did the Power come from? (These keywords will be discussed in separate articles.) Fourthly, the question arises in any people’s minds is ‘what country in the Middle East already has nuclear weapons and wants to keep it?’ Well, every country, academical bodies and analysts recognise that Israel has nuclear weapons but they will not admit to it. So, the US is protecting Israel nuclear weapons from disarmament, if the deal for a nuke free Middle East were to be agreed, somehow (highly unlikely).
So we can see that the US has undermined its own argument of dialogue with Iran to stop them from developing nuclear weapons, and therefore give then the legitimacy to develop military grade nuclear weapons. They have rejected Iran’s call to a Nuclear Free Middle East (mass media does not portray that part), proving that there is an underlying policy that they are not being honest about with the world.
