Why do people seek counselling?
Why are people depressed?
It's because they cannot be true and honest to the people they say 'I love you' to. They cannot say what's wrong. They cannot bring before them what they are hurt by. They cannot express themselves freely; so as not to be lowered before their 'loved' ones.
So, they either seek solace in others, or live with it until their last breath.
